Full payment of course fees is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the course date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 8–14 days before the course date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course date.​

 

Additional Terms

TW Consultancy & Paramedic Services is not liable for cancellations or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, or government-imposed restrictions.

Should the course format, venue, or schedule change, delegates will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

​

If a course is rescheduled and the new date is unsuitable, delegates may choose either:

• A full refund; or

• A transfer to an alternative course date, subject to availability.​

TW Consultancy & Paramedic Services is not responsible for and will not reimburse any travel, accommodation, subsistence, or other incidental expenses incurred by delegates in connection with a course booking.
